With the Telehealth Virtual Care Plan, members receive 24/7/365 access to doctors, via phone or video chat, to address common illnesses like colds, the flu, rashes and more. A consult fee of $40.00 applies to all doctor consultations. In addition to receiving doctor access via phone and video, members can speak with licensed mental health professionals from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. for a consult fee of $70.00. Mental health professionals are available to assist members with depression, anxiety, grief, relationship problems and more.
